All products, including sale items, are eligible for a return request within 15 days after delivery.
For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused and returned with its original packaging. Contact us within 15 days after delivery to start your request. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, tell us what happened and share photos so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.
Email us using the address below with your order number and the item you would like to return. We aim to send our first response within one business day. Please wait for return instructions and the correct return address before sending your parcel.
Luananio pays the return shipping cost. We will arrange a prepaid return label where our carrier supports it. If that is unavailable, we will agree the carrier, shipping cost and reimbursement process with you before you send the return.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we initiate the refund within five business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. We will review the issue with you; the unused condition for a change-of-mind return does not replace the separate handling of a quality issue.
This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.

After delivery, contact us to discuss the available options before sending anything back; a replacement depends on stock and the return instructions we agree with you.
