How do I choose a bracelet size?
Measure your wrist with a flexible tape at the point where you wear your bracelet. Check the size information on the individual product page. Wrist measurements and bracelet measurements are different, so contact us if you need help before choosing.
Will my bracelet look exactly like the photographs?
Crystals may vary in color, pattern and inclusions. Product photographs show the design and materials; read the individual listing for any item-specific details. Contact us before ordering if you have a particular preference.
Where can I find the materials and components?
Check the material and component information on each product page. If a detail you need is missing, contact us before buying. We do not recommend assuming a metal, origin or treatment from a photograph.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Unless the individual product page states otherwise, keep your piece dry and away from perfume, cleaning products, prolonged sun exposure and impact. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and store separately. Contact us for care guidance for a particular crystal.
When will my order arrive?
Paid orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery to the United States is estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch. Other destinations depend on the carrier and local import process; contact us before ordering if you need an estimate.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes. All products, including sale items, are eligible for a return request within 15 days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and have their original packaging. Luananio pays return shipping; please request instructions before sending a parcel.
Can I buy a bracelet as a gift?
Yes. Check the individual product page for sizing and exactly what is included. If you need help choosing a size or confirming packaging, contact us before ordering. Please allow dispatch and delivery time when choosing your gift date.
What do you mean by intention?
We use intention to describe a personal meaning, a reminder or a small daily ritual you choose for yourself. Crystal jewelry is not a medical treatment and does not guarantee a particular result.
How can I track my order?
We send tracking information after dispatch when it is available. If tracking has not updated or your estimated delivery window has passed, contact us with your order number.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
Any tax collected by Luananio is shown at checkout. Destination-country duties or other charges may still apply. We do not describe these charges as included unless the checkout explicitly shows that for your destination.
