Order preparation
Most orders are prepared within 48 hours. Dispatch timing may be longer during high-volume periods or when an address needs clarification. We will contact you if your order needs attention.
Delivery estimates
For US orders, delivery is usually 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates begin when the parcel is dispatched and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping cost and availability
Available shipping services and charges are calculated for your order and destination at checkout. Larger or heavier decorative pieces may have separate rates. If checkout does not offer a service for your address, email us before placing the order.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the dispatch confirmation includes the carrier link. Tracking can take time to show its first scan. If there is no movement after several business days, contact us with your order number.
Address changes, delays, and damaged parcels
Email us immediately if the shipping address is incorrect. Once an order has been dispatched, rerouting may not be possible. For a damaged or incorrect delivery, keep all packaging and send clear photos of the item, parcel, and shipping label.
